The client wanted a book cover design that represented their attempt to redefine aging as a stage in life that is to be embraced as an opportunity to find new purpose and fulfillment.  I chose a gold yellow background to denote a happy tone.  Layering hand drawn winking + heart eyes behind reading glasses was a way to welcome the demographic the book is targeting.

Taking the "eyecon" from the book cover, I created other "eyecons" that represent each subject addressed in the book.  These "eyecons" are to be used as chapter headers as well as website content headers.

Lastly, I created signatures for use in correspondence using the handlettering from the book cover.
